### Shipping & Tracking
**Q: How long will it take to get my order?**
* **A:** Every single item is custom-printed just for you when you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
**Q: Do you provide tracking information?**
* **A:** Yes. As soon as your gear is printed and leaves the facility, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow it straight to your door.

### Returns & Exchanges
**Q: What is your return policy?**
* **A:** Because every item is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please double-check our size charts before hitting buy.
**Q: My item arrived damaged or it's the wrong size/design. What do I do?**
* **A:** If we mess up, we fix it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, shoot us an email within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will get a replacement sent out to you immediately at no extra cost.

**Q: How do your clothes fit?**
* **A:** Most of our gear features a standard, unisex retail fit that runs true to size. If you prefer an oversized, baggy streetwear look, we highly recommend sizing up one or two sizes.
**Q: How should I wash my items to keep them looking fresh?**
* **A:** To protect the print, wash your garments inside out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for the longest lifespan. Do not iron directly over the graphic design.

**Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?**
* **A:** Our printing system is automated to get orders moving fast. You have a strict window of 6 hours after purchase to request a change or cancellation before the design hits production. Once it's being printed, we cannot stop it.
